6. Seek Feedback:

We all have blind spots – aspects of our personality and behavior that are evident to others but not to ourselves. Seeking honest feedback from trusted friends, family, or mentors can provide valuable insights and promote greater self-understanding.

Understanding oneself is a journey, not a destination. It requires patience, commitment, and, above all, honesty. And remember, self-awareness isn’t a means to judge or criticize yourself. Instead, it’s a tool to understand yourself better and guide your actions and decisions in a way that aligns with your values and goals.
